I fully acknowledge that, because of their positions in the entertainment industry, Tall Castle, its Directors, Advisory Council members and all of their affiliates (the “Tall Castle Group”), receive numerous solicited and unsolicited submissions of ideas, stories, loglines, synopses, treatments, screenplays, and the like (“Submissions”), and that many such Submissions previously received, or that may hereafter be received, are similar or identical to those developed by the Tall Castle Group or to those otherwise available to the Tall Castle Group. I will not be entitled to any compensation because of any use by the Tall Castle Group of any material which is similar to my Submission if such material was independently created or came to the Tall Castle Group from any other independent source.

I further acknowledge that Tall Castle has adopted a policy of refusing to accept, consider, or evaluate unsolicited material unless the person submitting such material has agreed to the release and indemnity set forth in this paragraph, which acknowledges the policies set forth herein. To this end, by making this Submission, I hereby release and absolutely discharge the Tall Castle Group and indemnify it from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, expenses, legal fees, losses, or liabilities of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether now known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, asserted or unasserted, which I or any party may now have or may have in the future, against the Tall Castle Group which in any way arise out of or in connection with this Submission.
